Bulldogs.
The Buyer hereby agrees to purchase the puppy "______________________________"from the litter by T and N
Bulldogs out of ____________________________________________, born ___________________ for the price of $______________________.
The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shot, and worming records. The
IOEBA registration application will be executed at time of purchase. The buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for
permanent registration with the IOEBA, and has been fully informed on how to go about the process of IOEBA registration.
Said puppy has been raised and socialized so as to maximize the potential of the temperament, to the best of the breeder's
ability. The buyer(s) understand and agree that further instruction, classes, and efforts must be made to ensure the continued
development of proper behavior. Should the buyer(s) wish at anytime to cease ownership of said puppy/dog, The Breeders of T
and N Bulldogs have first right of purchase or refusal of said puppy/dog.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENT
1. Original deposit to hold a pick for a puppy is $200.00. Half of the total purchase price of the puppy is due when choice is
made. Deposits must be paid by cash, or Postal Money Order (these can only be purchased at the U.S. Post Office), Choice of
puppy is determined on a first come(deposit received) first choose basis.
2. All puppies will be sold with full breeding rights, unless sold as PET quality, and then puppy MUST be spayed/neutered
within the first 5 months, buyer will then receive registration papers when proof of spay/neuter (copy of Vet Statement) is
provided to seller. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN BUYER RETURNING PUPPY TO SELLER, AND BUYER WILL PAY ALL
COSTS (SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ETC) INCURRED BY SELLER TO RETERIEVE THE PUP. ________ Initials of buyer
3. Final payment will be made by 6 weeks of age if the puppy is to be shipped or at 8 weeks if picking the puppy up in person.
All payments are to be made in cash, or Postal Money Order NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If something happens to your pup, if one is not available from this litter, your deposit will be
transferred to the next/another litter. If you change your mind and do not/cannot get the puppy, you forfeit your deposit.
5. ALL SHIPPING COSTS are the buyer's responsibility. This includes Vet Certificate, flight crate, and actual shipping costs. All
shipping costs must be PAID IN FULL, at least 5 days prior to shipping date.
6. Buyer will pick up puppy by the time it is 8 weeks old, otherwise there will be a $50.00 a week boarding charge, plus any
other expenses, unless agreed upon and noted by Seller in writing. Two (2) weeks or more with no attempt to make pick up
arrangements after this time, and the Buyer forfeits puppy and any deposits or payments made on puppy, unless noted by
Seller in writing. __________ Initials of buyer.
This Animal is Guaranteed as Follows: (Guarantee valid only for original buyer)
1. To be in good physical condition for the first 48 hours after the time of delivery to Buyer. The Buyer agrees to have puppy
examined by a Veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery time for a complete physical examination. If the Veterinarian finds
the puppy to have a serious physical condition other than a bacterial infection, such as Coccidia, Giardia, or any type of
Mange which is easily treated, the Seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality, when
available from same or upcoming litter, after the first puppy is returned to Seller. No Monies will be refunded. The Seller
reserves the right to a second Veterinarian opinion at the expense of the Seller. If the puppy is not examined by a Veterinarian
within 48 hours after delivery time, all guarantees are no longer in effect. The buyer is required to supply a copy to the seller of
the initial Vet Health examination within 7 days of the visit for the guarantees to be valid. ________Initials of buyer
2. To be free of any genetic/hereditary defect that causes death or serious impairment of vital functions in the puppy until
said puppy is one (1) year of age. If such an inheritable defect is documented by a Veterinarian and presented to the Seller
with sufficient supporting evidence, the Buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable or better quality, when
available from same or upcoming litter, after the first puppy is returned to Seller. Seller reserves the right to a second opinion
by sellers vet. All Shipping will be at buyer's expense. Your Guarantee will only be valid as long as the puppy/dog gets all of it's
vaccinations on time and has all Vet visit documentation. ______ Initials of buyer
3. Puppy will have received ____ vaccines, depending on age, and be wormed _____ times. No replacement will be given in case
of Parvo. ________Initials of buyer
4. Seller assumes no liability in the event of any accident involved with your dog including but not limited to dog bites or
personal/property damage. Seller suggest proper socialization and training be given to benefit the dog and owner.
The Buyer Agrees:
1. To use the kennel name “T & N’s “ as the prefix in the registered name of the dog.
2. In the event that the dog is later sold, or otherwise transferred from the possession of the Buyer for whatever reason, the
Seller will have absolute right of first refusal to repurchase the dog for a sum not to exceed the original purchase price.
3. Maintain up to date vaccines, worming, heartworm preventative ETC. To keep the dog/pup in humane conditions providing
proper food, water, and shelter.
4. No cropping of ears, No Guard or Attack training, and ABSOLUTELY NO KEEPING DOG/PUP ON A CHAIN
Failure to comply with contract requirements and responsibilities or in any way to neglect the emotional or physical well
being of said puppy/dog will result in the repossession of said animal either by agreement or by writ of possession by seller
without civil recourse by the buyer(s). ____________ Initials of buyer.
The Buyer and Seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this
dog/puppy. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this
agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be effective.
